Build Your Core Asset

Initial Setup Checklist

  1. Identify the target viewer and the core objective of the video.
  2. Gather the source material (facts, statistics, or the creator's opinion).
  3. Use Prompt 1 to generate multiple Hook variations.
  4. Select the best hook and use Prompt 2 to generate the script body.
  5. Read the script ALOUD with a stopwatch. If it takes longer than 60 seconds, cut it.
  6. Manually rewrite any robotic phrases ("Delve into", "Furthermore").
  7. Ensure the factual boundaries are respected (no invented statistics).

Action Prompts

PROMPT 1: Hook Generation
I am writing a TikTok script for a local real estate agent. The topic is 'Buying a house in winter'. The goal is to get buyers off the fence. Generate 5 distinct, punchy hooks. Each hook must be under 15 words. They should create curiosity or challenge a common assumption. Do not use emojis.
PROMPT 2: Script Body Generation
I have chosen this hook: 'Everyone tells you to wait for spring to buy a house. They are dead wrong.' Write the rest of the 60-second script (max 130 words). Include two specific reasons why winter is better (less competition, motivated sellers). End with a Call To Action telling them to DM the word 'WINTER'. Write in a casual, spoken tone. Use short, punchy sentences.

Finished Example

This is an illustrative finished example for educational purposes.
A Google Doc containing: **Title: Winter Home Buying** **[HOOK 0:00-0:03]** Everyone tells you to wait for spring to buy a house. They are dead wrong. **[BODY 0:03-0:45]** If you buy right now, in the middle of winter, you have a massive advantage. First, the competition is gone. While everyone else is waiting for the weather to warm up, you aren't fighting into bidding wars against five other families. Second, the sellers are highly motivated. If a house is on the market in December, they *need* to sell it. That means you have negotiating power you will never see in May. **[CTA 0:45-0:55]** If you want to see the hidden winter inventory in our area, DM me the word 'WINTER' and I'll send you the list.

Common Mistakes

  • Writing scripts that are too long

Impact: The creator reads it, realizes it takes 2 minutes, and throws it away.

Correction: Read every script aloud with a stopwatch. Aim for 130-150 words maximum for a 60-second video.

  • Failing to verify facts

Impact: You include a fake AI statistic. The creator posts it and gets roasted in the comments.

Correction: Never allow AI to invent numbers or historical facts. Always manually verify and inject real data.

  • Sounding like an essay

Impact: The video feels boring and users scroll away in 3 seconds.

Correction: Write for the ear, not the eye. Use casual language, contractions, and direct addresses ('you', 'your').

Failure Recovery Warning: Diagnostic guidelines for scriptwriting.

Practice Execution

  1. Find a popular TikTok in a niche you like.
  2. Transcribe it manually to see how many words it is and how it is structured.
  3. Use Prompt 1 to generate 5 hooks for the exact same topic.
  4. Use Prompt 2 to write a completely new script on that topic.
  5. Read your script out loud and time it. Edit until it sounds natural.
Supplementary Methodology & Evidence
Methodology & Evidence: Reading aloud is the single most important QA step for scriptwriting. AI writes visually pleasing paragraphs that often sound incredibly unnatural when spoken. Manual vocal testing prevents this.
