  • Trusting the AI answer key without independent verification

    Impact: A student practices with incorrect answers, reinforcing a wrong method. The teacher or parent who notices destroys your credibility immediately.

    Correction: Manually work every problem in the answer key yourself before delivery. For factual content (science, history), cross-check each answer against the textbook or authoritative reference.

  • Using vocabulary or sentence complexity above the target age

    Impact: Students cannot understand the instructions and the worksheet fails to teach—even if all answers are correct.

    Correction: After generating the draft, read every instruction sentence aloud and ask yourself whether a student of the stated age would parse it correctly. Simplify any sentence requiring adult reading fluency.

  • Fabricating curriculum alignment (claiming content follows a standard it does not)

    Impact: The teacher uses the materials expecting specific standard coverage and the content misses the actual objectives. This wastes their time and the student's.

    Correction: Only claim curriculum alignment when you have read the actual standard or textbook chapter. If you have not verified alignment, label the materials as "topic practice" rather than "aligned to [curriculum]."
